Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee . . . Mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.
O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
The Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.βThe Lord will shew who are his, and who is holy.βThy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.
Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: and see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.βThere is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear.
Judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
The Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: because he is the Son of man.
